Hudson Yards, NY, NY- 20 Billion Dollar Project On site planning and oversight for the development of a 14 acre platform over the existing Long Island Rail Road train yard. Working with design teams, consultants and utility companies to solve construction issues. Implemented site controls to handle employee access and construction deliveries, among the 11 separate projects being constructed simultaneously. Responsible for all site logistics and coordination between the various projects on site. Day to day management of 33rd St. reconstruction project and associated utility companies. This project consisted of raising the existing street 12.5’ and installation of all new utilities (high pressure gas, water, sewer, electric and telecom), during the construction and demolition of the surrounding projects. Day to day management of plaza construction for the overall site and Tower C. Extensive scheduling and project development amongst all of the associated projects. 50 Hudson Yards, NY, NY- 1.3 Billion Construction Cost Day to day management, planning and coordination for the demolition and construction of 50HY, a 58 story, 2.8 million square foot office tower with 3 sub-basements. Implemented and executed project wide COVID plan, enabling the project to remain active while most projects in NYC were shuttered due to the infection. Drove the project to have a successful TCO walk four months ahead of schedule.
