As Regional Director of Imaging at MercyOne, I oversee radiology operations across the MercyOne hospitals throughout Iowa. My role focuses on supporting local imaging leaders, aligning service lines with strategic goals, and working closely with radiologists, providers, and hospital executives to ensure high-quality, timely patient care.With over 15 years of experience in imaging leadership, I’ve held roles ranging from PACS Administrator to Director of Imaging and Cardiopulmonary Services. I’ve led capital planning efforts, regulatory compliance, service line growth, and clinical integration projects that span both community hospitals and specialty clinics.I’m passionate about mentoring leaders, building strong provider relationships, and ensuring our teams have the tools and support they need to succeed. Most of all, I’m grateful to be part of a mission-driven organization that prioritizes compassionate care.
