Work alongside the development team from preconstruction through warranty and/or long term asset hold* Conduct site visits of potential redevelopments and provide construction specific analysis and insight* Obtain proposals and coordinate scope of service(s) for Geotechnical Services, Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers, etc.* Attend design meetings and review plans throughout the design process to ensure RWD standards are being met* Issue RFPs to construction partners* Identify cost savings with the design team and construction partner to produce plans that align with the overall development budget, schedule, and quality standards* Scope construction partner\'s proposals and negotiate final contract* Continually manage the relationship with the design team and construction partner by attending OAC\'s; reviewing change orders in a timely manner; and answering construction related questions quickly* Track and control all construction related accounting* Proactively monitor the status of projects against the plans and schedule.
