After starting in Seattle as a rep and achieving 3M in sales, I was moved to Nor Cal where I shattered all records achieving 12 Million in sales. After one year in Nor Cal I was moved to LA, where I was promoted to District Sales Manager covering CA and HI as the lead sales Rep and ultimately managed 8 Territory managers and 2 Sales Coordinators. I achieved sales of 12, 16, 20, 36, 41M and was on pace to exceed our 2016 41M in sales this year. While in my DSM role I/we shattered all company and industry records. In September of 2017, I was promoted into a national role as Director of Sales Growth. In 2018 I was named to my 11th consecutive Presidents Club as Cynosure\'s Director of the Year. Awarded President\'s Club again in 2019.
