As the Sr Manager of Curriculum Development for the Product Education team, I currently manage 8 people. I am currently in the process of designing, building, and implementing a strategy that bridges all the following areas- Designing and building a multi-tiered curriculum strategy that includes free-to-fee offerings and provides support all the way from the SMB market to the Fortune 500- Assisting with the implementation of program management and coaching on best practices, requirements gathering, risk management, resourcing, and efficacy measurements- Implementing change management best practices to gain stakeholder and team buy-in, develop training plans to close skill gaps, and improve processes and increase efficiency and scalability- Enforcing a consistent engagement strategy during the intake process, with or without program management, to ensure projects and deliverables are tied to business goals and outcomes- Leading the team through the development of instructor-led, monetized training informed by the end-user experience. Using story-based, ID best practices to create meaningful learning paths based on real-world scenarios- Developing feedback mechanisms and laying the groundwork for continuous improvement strategies to go beyond basic surveys and into more of an LTEM framework, improving access to our content, and implementing PMP best practices.
