ABOUT KRIS GAW CEMAP

I am a Mortgage & Protection Adviser at Mortgage IQ. I am CeMAP qualified though the London Institution of Banking & Finance. I have worked in financial services for over 3 years. I started as a Mortgage & Protection Administrator and have since completed my exams to become a Mortgage & Protection Adviser. I provide advice on mortgages and protection to all my clients, mainly to first time buyers helping them find there dream home and get on to the property ladder. My emphasis is on making the mortgage process as simple and as straightforward as possible for all my clients and to protect them financially to ensure they are able to keep their home! I am committed to maintaining long-term relationships with my clients and to provide them with a source of trusted advice as their circumstances change over the years. I became a Mortgage & Protection Adviser because I have a passion to help people with buying their first home, move home or buy their forever home! I like to build relationships with all my clients and I like to make sure I am always there for my clients to help them with their mortgage and protection any time they need me. In my spare time, I love playing football for my local team Comber Rec FC and spending time with my girlfriend and my son Jonah.
