Embedded within the product team for Surveil Navigator, a FinOps-focused revenue intelligence platform purpose-built for Microsoft partners, with direct ownership of the product roadmap, backlog prioritisation, and iterative delivery cycle.• Conducted structured partner discovery and Voice of the Customer (VoC) research to identify Azure and M365 cloud revenue opportunities, translating partner operational pain points around billing, margin management, and customer lifecycle into prioritised product requirements.• Ran partner feedback loops to validate assumptions, test platform capabilities, and refine workflows, ensuring each release materially improved partner outcomes including revenue visibility, billing accuracy, and operational efficiency.• Authored user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria; collaborated with engineering on technical tradeoffs and delivery sequencing; and led end-to-end release validation and UAT.• Tracked KPIs and analysed partner data to surface adoption trends and inform feature prioritisation, go-to-market strategy, and platform direction.
