P. Tech (Eng.) with over 20 years experience. I currently oversee a portfolio of minor modification projects supporting our Montney and Surmont operations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Accountable for collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute fit-for-purpose projects tailored to operational needs. From project inception to closure, maintain accountability for scope management, schedule adherence, and budgetary control. Engage with internal engineering teams and external contractors to define and deliver project deliverables. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and facilitate engineering and construction activities, ensuring cohesion throughout the project lifecycle. Exercise judgment in prioritizing and allocating resources, to manage competing demands within the project portfolio. Previously held a role as an Instrumentation and Control (I&C) technologist, I worked multiple projects to provide cost-effective I&C systems, leveraging expertise to refine designs and specify new equipment requirements. Excellent communication skills and professionalism, I foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including management, field staff, associates, and suppliers. Proactive and innovative mindset, I enjoy working in team environments, consistently delivering optimal outcomes while upholding high standards of safety.
