ABOUT KRIS DAVENPORT

Kris Davenport is a seasoned Accountant and Finance Professional. Born in Rexburg, Idaho, his passion for all things finance and accounting began early on, and it has stayed with him ever since. During his teenage years, Kris had an avid interest in both tracking every expense and saving money.Kris has over 19 years of progressive accounting and finance experience. His leadership positions with First American Title Insurance Company include serving as the CFO for the Northwest Division as well as serving as the Controller for the Northwest Region. Throughout the span of nearly two decades, Kris has successfully created dashboards, forecast templates, specialized reports, and quarterly forecasts. He is well versed in GAAP and Statutory Accounting and loves participating in the development and implementation of strategic plans. In addition to his experience in finance and accounting, Kris served as an Operations Manager for First American Title Insurance Company, leading a team to revitalize and grow a County operation. Kris\' primary aim is to empower and educate others, unleashing their inner talents with the hope of helping them to live fulfilling lives on a personal and professional level. In his own words:\"I believe that when you empower people, they will succeed beyond your expectations.\" Above all, he has always strived to help people cultivate a solution-driven mindset when handling challenging issues.Kris holds a Bachelor\'s and Master\'s Degree in Accounting from the Marriot School of Management at Brigham Young University (BYU). He is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant).When he is not helping others, Kris enjoys hiking, being in the great outdoors, and reading thought-provoking books. He also likes photography. Most importantly, Kris loves spending time with his family.
