About Kris Campbell

Kris Campbell, Principal at Campbell, Inc, pursued his Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and Management from Bowling Green State University. After graduating in 2005, he served as a Campbell Inc. Account Executive for a short time before beginning a Mechanical Equipment Services apprenticeship in 2007. For five years, Kris immersed himself in the trade, completing his training from the NWO Piping Industry Training Center and receiving his Journeyman license in 2012. The opportunity to work in the field with technicians and study the industry was memorable for Kris, increasing not only his knowledge but his appreciation for the field and his family’s business. In July 2012, he moved back into the Campbell Inc. office and was appointed as an Energy Consultant, providing customers with solutions to optimize energy, improve comfort, and reduce costs. Kris is skilled at leading teams and was quickly promoted to Director of Sales & Marketing in 2013 where his marketing methods grew the Campbell, Inc. customer base, and increased customer satisfaction as well as company profits. In December 2014, Kris took over as the Chief Operating Officer and then in 2016, was named as Campbell, Inc. President. Kris has the unique ability to merge operations and people to generate successful results. He is passionate about the discovery of innovative solutions in both HVAC and plumbing services and is committed to increasing his team’s industry-specific technical training and certifications. In recent years, his vision for business growth led to the acquisition of The Enterprise Corporation in 2017 and the expansion of operations at their Northwood, Ohio location in 2018. Kris is proud to live in the Northwest Ohio area with his wife and three children. He considers it an honor to carry on the Campbell, Inc. legacy of offering energy saving solutions by putting customer satisfaction and service first.
