I am a Head of the Road Traffic Department at Scullion LAW.Having joined the firm as a Trainee in 2011, I have worked my way up to being promoted to the position of Director in April 2018.I specialise in road traffic work, and take on a wide variety of road traffic related offences, from the most serious matters in The High Court, to relatively more minor road traffic related offences, such as those caught speeding or alleged to be on their mobile phone. I appear on almost a daily basis at both the Sheriff and Justice of the Peace Courts throughout Scotland - from Peterhead to Dumfries, successfully defending licenses and keeping clients on the road.
