Manage the operations to ensure the timely and accurate processing of merchandise through the logistics centre by efficiently allocation labour and resources to maintain a required KPI’s. Develop daily labour plans to ensure SLA and productivity objectives are met. Provide leadership, direction and on-going coaching to a group of 100 to 150 unionized associates to ensure consistent achievement. Ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures and daily review and maintenance of required reports. Demonstrate a positive health and safety attitude through support, documentation and consistent coaching.
