As Head of Pharmacokinetics and Toxicology and member of the R&D leadership team at Pierre Fabre, I lead a multidisciplinary department with two teams covering Toxicology, Nonclinical Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), Modelling & Simulation, and Clinical Pharmacology. Our primary responsibility is to ensure our scientific and strategic expertise drives the successful (non)clinical development of therapies and supports clinical success. We collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate preclinical findings into actionable insights for clinical development, leveraging advanced modeling techniques and ensuring regulatory compliance. Together, we contribute to the delivery of innovative therapies that address critical unmet medical needs in oncology, rare diseases, and dermatology.

I am drug development expert with experience in the pre-clinical, translational and clinical development of small/large molecules, oligonucleotides, and gene therapies. Special focus on PK/PD, Toxicology, and Clinical pharmacology. Certification as Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology (DABT).
