Presently working with Ernst and Young (EY) as Team Leader, Project Management Unit, Swachh Bharat Mission (G), Madhya Pradesh, point of contact between the Leadership and the functionaries falling under the hierarchy of SBM(G) and responsible for overall Program Management.Playing Techno managerial role and providing strategic support and supervision to PMU team in project implementationJob Responsibilities • Facilitate coordinated action between functionaries at various levels. • Manage the communication between the State and the Central Ministry and facilitate visits of Central teams and other dignitaries • Point of contact from the PMUs side to manage the planning, operational activities, quality assurance and effective delivery of activities.• Responsible for managing the PMU and the aligned deliverables.• Supporting capacity building interventions for various stakeholders • Facilitate and coordinate inter-departmental convergence• Support in getting administrative clearances, GP resolutions, and monitoring of fund flow• Facilitate community involvement in the decision-making process• Support engagement of relevant institutions, SHGs, service providers, facilitate their capacity building based on their role in SLWM value chain• Identify area and context specific solutions for SLWM interventions in villages and PWM and FSM at block/ districts to pilot innovative models that can kick-start and help scale-up• Facilitate urban-rural convergence wherever feasible, especially for the implementation of PWM and FSM
