I’m an Associate Project Manager with hands-on experience managing global, cross-functional teams and delivering fast-paced digital and AI-driven projects. Over the past few years, I’ve grown from a technical and operations background into project leadership, where I now manage planning, coordination, quality, and delivery end-to-end.In my current role, I work with international teams across multiple time zones, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality standards. My day-to-day work involves sprint planning, risk identification and mitigation, stakeholder communication, resource coordination, and process improvement. I enjoy bringing structure to complex workflows and turning ambiguity into clear execution plans.I have experience working across both Agile and Waterfall environments. I’ve supported Agile batch-based delivery models as well as structured SDLC projects, which has helped me develop a balanced and practical approach to project execution. Alongside this, I am currently pursuing Scrum certification to deepen my expertise in Agile project management.What I enjoy most about project management is enabling teams to do their best work.
