Welding consumables inspection such as electrode, filler wire, inert gases Review WPS, PQR, WQT and Welding performance report. Ensure the correct WPS and Welders utilized on the specified jobs. Fit up & Weld visual Inspection. Supervised erection of piping systems as per Isometrics and P & ID drawings, ensuring dimensional accuracy and alignment. Coordinated pipe erection activities with riggers, welders, and All teams implemented safe work practices and completed erection within scheduled timeframe. Planned, sequenced, and supervised pipe erection based on isometric sequences optimised manpower and equipment utilisation to reduce downtime and maintain schedule. Interpret welding query compliance with ASME, & AWS Codes/Specification. Standerd specification for the tape coating for underground pipeline. Painting & Blasting. Inspect pipes after bending and witness the holiday test for the coating of pipes. Check welding parameters such as Voltage, Amperage, Travel Speed. Pipeline inspection and Maintenance activities supervision. Performed Hydrotest & pneumatic test of OWS,CBD,HSD,SLP,MS, Potable Water line Pipe, Valve,Spools etc as per procedure. Inspection of above and underground piping. Carrying out the welding inspection before, during & after welding as per approved test plan. Relevant codes and standard. Isometric drawing. Site visits. Pipe fitting and replacement, structure fabrication. RT,UT,DPT Testing. Interpretation of Weld Radiographs as per ASME 31.3 and review of NDT reports.
