Associated with the “Rashmi Group,” the organization is engaged in the manufacturing of integrated Iron & Steel products, Cement, Power, and Mining. It prides itself on being the largest debt-free steel conglomerate in Eastern India. The Group operates a state-of-the-art, 3.0 MTPA integrated Iron & Steel manufacturing facility, producing a wide range of products, including Pellet, Sinter, Pig Iron, Sponge Iron, Ductile Iron Pipes, Billets, TMT, and Wire Rod. Additionally, the Group has a 1.0 MTPA Cement manufacturing facility. Its product range also includes Ferro Alloys and a 300 MW Captive Power Generation Plant.As the Head of the Mining Vertical, I oversee the HR, IR, CSR, and Admin operations for five Greenfield Coal Mine project (UG/OC) located in West Bengal and Jharkhand. My role involves ensuring the implementation of HR, IR, and CSR best practices, including budgeting, planning, and execution. I also maintain industrial relations, ensure statutory compliance, and follow DGMS guidelines to meet project commitments within the defined timeframe.
