Working under a CIH, I have been supporting Atlas with Industrial Hygiene assessments and project management support in the following sectors and fields:Petrochemical Sector- Reviewing client provided task-level entries across multiple plants and develop IH sampling plans prioritizing frequency, duration, and risk- Drafting proposals and cost estimates- Coordinating logistics (sampling media, onsite mobilization)- Technical knowledge and handling of:* IH sampling equipment (pumps, toxiraes, anemometer probe, dosimeters, impingers, sound level meters)* Calibration equipment (rotameters, dry cal, tsi 4046 primary flow) and sampling media (MCE, PVC filters - PW, MW and UW varieties, sorbent tubes - charcoal, silica, XAD resin, tenax)- Conducting site walkthroughs- Performing personal and area sampling for analytes and noise- Preparing technical reports and managing data entry and employee notifications in CorityAerospace Sector- Monitoring personal workplace exposures for OSHA compliance (quarterly periodic evaluations for hexavalent chromium)- Grade D air sampling- Cross sectional booth ventilation and duct velocity survey for paint and sanding booths Manufacturing Sector- Monitoring personal workplace exposures (air and noise) for OSHA compliance- Conducting quarterly periodic evaluations for respirable crystalline silica exposures- Conducting surface and duct velocity for open surface dip tanksAsbestos Inspection- Licensed Texas DSHS Individual Asbestos Inspector #60-4233- Licensed Louisiana DEQ Individual Asbestos Inspector AI#248313- Reviewing prior maps and documents, scheduling field visit with client, site walkthrough and observations, sample collection, sample location and photographic documentation, quantification of ACM materials and pipes, analysis of lab analytic reports, report draft (observations and findings, photolog, sample location map, data tables) and recommendations.
