I bring a structured, curious, and calm approach to challenges like Target Operating Model design, service catalogue development, workforce strategy, and operational optimisation. I’m particularly interested in how tools like process modelling, data analysis, and AI can reduce friction and improve service experiences.Outside of work, I enjoy fitness, music, and time with my family.
