Krestina moved to the US from Uzbekistan 23 years ago. She received an excellent education in her home country, graduating from the prestigious Tashkent Financial Institute. Perhaps even more importantly, she learned many critical life lessons, including being appreciative and not taking things for granted, thinking fast on one’s feet and coming up with “out of the box’ approaches and solutions—skills that serve her well in the commercial real estate industry. For more than 16 years, Krestina had helped companies acquire millions of square feet of distribution, manufacturing and office space nationwide. Her clients rely on her market knowledge, agility and ability to find a creative solution whether they are looking for a long- or short-term solutions.
