Due to poor system performance, drove the accelerated €1m project & change to replace all HW in stores and implement support processes in ServiceNow to support the new equipment. This enabled transactions to reduce in time from over 5mins per customer to 20secs.Bank of America Merrill Lynch relocated its headquarters from the City to Canary Wharf. Managed the $10m design and fit out of cabling and technology (IT, AV, Security, Telecoms, Network) in the data centre and across all floors for front and back-office staff.
