ABOUT KRISTINA BERGMAN
Kristina Bergman is an early stage software investor, Limited Partner in a number of VC funds, and exited founder with decades of experience in investing in, founding and selling startups. At Pender Ventures, Kristina was a partner focused on enterprise software investing. As the Founder and CEO of Integris Software, a company helping organizations comply with data privacy laws, such as the General Data Protection Regulation, Kristina built a world class team and software product, raised $16M USD in venture funding, and successfully exited to OneTrust. Prior to founding Integris, Kristina was an investor at Ignition Partners in Bellevue where she focused on cloud, big data, security and IoT startups. She also worked as a Group Product Manager at Microsoft where she led the SharePoint and Business Intelligence groups. She graduated on the Dean’s List from the University of Victoria with a degree in business before pursuing a master’s degree in finance from Boston University. Kristina is currently an angel investor, mentor and startup coach.
