Most fulfillment failures don’t happen inside a warehouse.They happen between systems — when ownership blurs across fulfillment, delivery, and returns.I learned this the hard way.I spent 15 years running a third-party logistics operation in Allentown, PA — doing everything from sweeping floors to managing customers. At scale, I saw how good people, solid SOPs, and capable software still broke down once orders, inventory, and returns crossed facilities and partners.The issue was rarely effort.It was accountability.At 3LINX, I’ve built on that experience to design systems that treat Fulfillment, Delivery, and Returns as a single operating reality — not disconnected tools. The goal isn’t more dashboards. It’s clearer ownership when things don’t go as planned.I care deeply about the people doing the work, the operators making decisions under pressure, and the systems that either support them — or quietly fail them.That lens shapes everything I build and write about.
