Creation and development of the global business travel processes right from the start for the use of employees and related business partners in all company entities, which are located in Ukraine, Moldova, Poland, Germany, France, the Czech Republic, Portugal, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Kazakhstan. Management of the travel team, coaching and mentoring the team members. Develop policies, instructions, and procedures for corporate travels. Management and optimization of the company’s global travel budgets, planning and financial travel reporting. Manage relationships with travel agencies, and vendors, negotiate contracts and rates with travel service providers. Launching business travel processes for the new entities. Organization of business trips and support of relocation processes for company employees in all locations. Provide advisory support on travel documents, visas, insurances, migration/travel regulations, etc. Management of the corporate business travel risks. Responsibility for ongoing monitoring and benchmarking of travel programs and industry trends for process enhancements and vendor/supplier innovation opportunities to develop new initiatives. Holding satisfaction surveys for internal clients to improve the quality of service delivery by the travel management team.
