Aspiring Human Resource and Management professional currently pursuing Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Shri Vaishnav Institute of Management and Science, Indore. I am passionate about understanding people, organizational behavior, and building effective workplace relationships.I have hands-on experience as an HR Assistant Intern at Jobmitra.com (Indore), where I supported end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and record maintenance.
