   Although my title was Business Analyst I, I was fortunate to work as a Business Intelligence Engineer I at Amazon FireTV and Appstore where I truly discovered my passion for solving problems through data. Coming from a non-engineering background, Amazon gave me the platform and mentorship to go deeper into tech, and I have loved every bit of that journey.Some of my favorite projects included: App Health Dashboard – Think of it as the “fitness tracker” for Amazon apps! I led the build of a dashboard that pulled data from multiple sources to monitor performance, stability, and fluidity. To power it, I designed scalable ETL pipelines (AWS Glue, Cradle, Redshift) crunching 10M+ daily engagement events. Dashboards that save time (and sanity!) – I created and automated 10+ QuickSight dashboards that cut business review prep time by 70%. Even better, I standardized 50+ WBR/QBR metrics across 4 platforms — no more endless debates on “whose numbers are right.” Teams started trusting the data again.🧩 Search Attribution Model – My personal favorite. Imagine solving a giant puzzle: connecting searches to purchases without seeing the full picture. I built a model for Fire TV & Tablets that hit 85% accuracy, showing that 40% of tablet orders start with a search. The kicker? It drove a 20% YoY jump in search-attributed revenue.Every project taught me something new — not just about SQL, Python, AWS Redshift, Glue, S3, or data modeling — but also about storytelling with data. For me, analytics is more than numbers: it’s about uncovering hidden patterns, asking the right questions, and enabling better decisions.
