About Kratika Jain

I currently work as a Data Scientist at IBM in the Cognitive Computing Division. My current interests are in the areas of Cognitive Computing with a focus in Machine Learning and Software Development. My work involves building Machine Learning pipelines, Natural Language Processing Models, training and leveraging Machine Learning APIs, building chat-bot for businesses and embedding intelligence in business solutions. The highlight of my service was that I achieved significant improvement over the existing industrial processes; thereby creating improvement in production efficiency, resource utilization and accuracy. Also, I did my Graduate studies from Carnegie Mellon University where I pursued a Masters degree with a specialization in Electrical and Computer Engineering. I took courses like Machine Learning, Data Structures, Deep Learning, Software Programming, Data Mining and Computer Vision which, coupled with my past work experiences, helped me build proficiency in the fields of interest as mentioned above.
