I believe every dataset carries a human story. In oncology, each number reflects a patient, a treatment journey, and the hope for better outcomes.With 5.5+ years of experience in oncology analytics, I have built my career across both clinical evidence and commercial analytics. This has given me the chance to work on both real-world patient outcomes and business-focused pipeline questions in oncology.Currently at MSD India, I work on commercial pipeline analytics across gynecologic, breast, and gastrointestinal cancers. My role focuses on turning complex data into clear insights that support strategic decision-making.Before this, at Mu Sigma, I worked in real-world evidence and outcomes research, using EMR and claims data to answer important business and clinical questions. My work included survival analysis, Kaplan-Meier–based outcome assessment, cohort design, and evidence generation to support oncology decision-making.I also had the opportunity to scale and lead engagements for Fortune 500 pharmaceutical clients, while maintaining delivery quality and mentoring team members along the way.What excites me most is translating complex data into insights and stories that stakeholders can act on.
