As a Content Review Team Manager at Amazon, I lead a team of 26 associates responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving content across Amazon’s global marketplaces. My role involves ensuring the accuracy, quality, and compliance of all content while upholding Trust & Safety standards. I manage end-to-end content review operations across regions including EMEA, MENA, AMSEC, Dubai, Turkey, and Barcelona, ensuring SLA adherence, policy enforcement, and workflow efficiency.My responsibilities include monitoring daily review volumes, assigning workloads based on content type and priority, conducting quality audits, driving RCA on non-compliance issues, and implementing corrective action plans to improve accuracy and reduce error rates. I collaborate closely with stakeholders in Product, Policy, and Operations to resolve content issues, escalate violations, refine SOPs, and enhance internal tools. I also focus on coaching, performance management, automation initiatives, and optimizing reviewer productivity through macro-based and process improvement solutions.Previously at Cognizant, I managed a team of 32 agents and ensured delivery of all key performance metrics as per client SLAs. I published reports in Google Sheets, shared dashboard data with users, and conducted client governance calls to review team performance. I also handled HR operations, supported the Talent Acquisition team in scheduling interviews and onboarding, and played a key role in driving operational excellence.Earlier in my career, I worked on Google Ads projects, leveraging my Mechanical Engineering background from MLR Institute of Technology to grade ads using the EWOQ tool, review online content for policy compliance, and evaluate the relevance and visual appeal of search results, ad creatives, and images. I served as a Subject Matter Expert and Global Calibration POC, leading project training for 20 Google Ad Extensions workflows in Hyderabad.I am passionate about operations management, stakeholder engagement, process optimization, and quality control.
