ABOUT KRANTHI CHEBROLU
As a bioanalytical chemist, I bring comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience to the table, particularly in the development and validation of assays. My expertise spans antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), small molecules, and metabolites extracted from biological matrices. I am well-versed in employing triple quadrupole mass spectrometry and HRMS-MS methodologies, specifically for pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic (PKPD) studies. This proficiency allows me to contribute effectively to the understanding and analysis of diverse compounds within biological systems.I have extensive experience in both large molecule and small molecule biomarker discovery and analysis. My expertise includes utilizing High Resolution Mass spectrometry, specifically LC-HRMS (Orbitrap and TOF instruments), for precise identification and analysis. Additionally, I am adept at quantitation using advanced mass spectrometry. Furthermore, I possess working experience in the characterization of antibodies and ligand binding assay (LBA).
