Krage Olrich Lument Director 41••••••16 I am a Director in the San Rafael California Lument Office. I work with mortgage brokers and property owners on a nationwide basis. However, the majority of properties I finance are located in Western State markets. I have over 20 years of experience financing Multifamily (Conventional and Affordable), Senior Housing (Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care), Student and Manufactured Housing Communities. I am actively originating loan and have experience closing loans through all of our Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac large and small loan programs. I also have experience originating FHA/HUD loans an have significant experience structuring bridge loans for properties that can be taken out by one of our Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA or Balance Sheet loan programs.
