I also support market penetration initiatives to improve product availability and coverage. Additionally, I coordinate with channel partners and internal teams to strengthen distribution efficiency while tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and presenting insights to support key business decisions.Working at Polycab for the last year has given me hands-on experience in applying technology to enhance efficiency, safety, and innovation within a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment.
