Staff Product Manager leading AI-native platform products at the intersection of observability, large-scale data platforms, and autonomous operations. Currently own the modernization of Global Cloud Services observability product built on high-volume telemetry data lakes and real-time data pipelines, delivering predictive, self-healing, and compliance-aware capabilities for hyperscaler and sovereign cloud environments. This work leverages AI/ML, LLM-based reasoning, and agentic automation to proactively detect degradation, automate compliance enforcement, and orchestrate autonomous remediation at scale.
