I lead Curley Company’s core public affairs and strategic communications business, and advise CEOs and boards on high-stakes moments where policy, stakeholder pressure, and reputation risk converge.As Co-Owner and President, I have guided the firm through rapid expansion, tripling our client roster, doubling our team, and nearly quadrupling revenue since 2020.I also lead Brain Trust, Curley’s decision leadership advisory practice. Our flagship engagement model is the High-Stakes Decision Room: a senior-led sprint that produces a Blueprint leaders can use to make the move and make it hold across both pressure events and major change programs. The work is practical and outcomes-driven: clarity on what must be decided, leadership alignment, disciplined risk management, and an operating plan leaders can run.I serve on the PR Council’s AI Task Force and as a Trustee on the Institute for Public Relations Board of Trustees.I publish Clear Thinking with KayAnn, a decision brief for leaders navigating power, reputation, and consequence.
