   As the owner of the Project Intake, Demand & Capacity, and Project Prioritization Management function, I work with the Executive Management Committee and their senior leadership to take exciting new ideas and turn them into proposals to support the company’s strategic initiatives. During the process, through a combination of 20 years of experience in the IT field and interviews, I identify business processes, system dependencies and key requirements that will drive the next steps. Once the objectives, processes and systems are identified, I work closely with the business and technology leadership to identify resources necessary to execute the proposal. I facilitate the identification of high level of effort estimates. Taking that information, I calculate capacity against current efforts and resource utilization, ultimately bringing it to the Executive Management Committee to provide timeline estimates with current resources and recommendations for options to expand capacity through multiple channels. In addition, I serve as an Executive Assistant to the CIO of IT and his entire group. I manage schedules and priorities for the CIO and his leadership team, providing minutes, action items, and vendor management support. I also identify processes and issues within the group, introducing changes that help the team be more effective and efficient. I plan team morale events and provide human google support. Working at this company is some of the most exciting work I have done in my 20 years in technology. I am profoundly lucky to work with such wonderful people. I love my job and feel truly appreciated.
