My role sits at the intersection of product analytics, strategy & operations, with a focus on how rules, metrics, and workflows translate into real business impact.A significant part of my work involves analyzing and optimizing deterministic rule engines by studying pass/block rates, funnel drop-offs, false positives, and downstream performance. I partner closely with product and engineering teams to improve rule logic, introduce product enhancements, and validate changes through structured experimentation and KPI ownership. The objective is always the same: improve decision quality and conversion without increasing risk.Alongside core rule-based systems, I’ve worked on AI agents to automate and orchestrate recursive analytical and operational tasks, enabling faster and more impactful delivery. These agents are supported by RAG pipelines and a lightweight control layer, grounding outputs in logs, audits, configurations, and historical data to improve reliability and traceability.
