ABOUT KIERON POWER
I design and deliver compensation strategies that actually work, balancing commercial reality with employee experience across complex, multi-jurisdiction environments. My career spans both sides of the reward fence: external advisory at PwC UK (serving FTSE 100 and multinational clients on executive pay, gender pay, and employment tax) and in-house total rewards leadership at PwC Middle East, where I was solely accountable for compensation and benefits across 12 countries and employees.Currently I’m at Kennedys Law leading the firm’s pay transparency programme across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC while delivering fee earner bonus modelling, firm-wide salary reviews, job architecture design, and market benchmarking. It’s the kind of work that sits right at the intersection of legal compliance, data analysis, and commercial strategy. What I bring to the table:→ Compensation strategy, bonus modelling, and total reward design→ Pay transparency, job architecture, and pay equity analysis→ Benefits design and procurement across multiple jurisdictions→ Vendor management and benchmarking (Mercer, WTW, Vencon, XpertHR, Totum, People in Law)→ HRIS implementation (Workday Advanced Comp, NGA Resourcelink)→ People analytics using Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI→ Gender pay gap analysis and executive compensation→ Senior stakeholder engagement, comfortable presenting to C-suite and board levelI also run Rewcruit, a boutique search firm specialising in Reward, People Analytics, and HRIS recruitment. It grew out of a simple frustration: most recruiters in this space don’t understand the roles they’re hiring for. As a practitioner, I do.Based in Manchester, UK.
