   Project Manager and Leadership Roles: Project management, grant writing, formal report writing, data tracking, payroll, budget tracking, interface with USDA program directors.Holistic Organic Practical Education for Small Farm Sustainability (HOPE for SFS, or HOPE) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization formed in 2012. HOPE provides assistance – including training, direct technical assistance, and incubation—in organic farming, gardening, family health, and other related topics. HOPE focuses its services on small-scale agricultural producers and community members living in high-poverty areas of South Texas. HOPE has a significant impact on increasing organic farming and production in the Lower Rio Grande Valley (LRGV), which has led to increased employment and economic development in the communities we serve. Since 2020, HOPE has been expanding it\'s reach into Texas Gulf Coastal Planes region, including Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, as well as the Lower Rio Grande Valley.
