Over 25 years ago, I launched my career in recruiting and have remained committed to the talent acquisition field ever since. For the past 15 + years, I’ve held various leadership roles, blending my recruiting with operational and strategic leadership experience. While my responsibilities have evolved, the recruiter mindset remains central to how I lead and deliver value.I have partnered closely with plant managers, corporate leadership and Human Resource teams to build effective staffing and hiring strategies. I have gained hands-on experience with technical assessments and recruitment operations, which helped me streamline hiring processes and develop a deep understanding of both tactical execution and long-term planning. I pride myself on strong communication and listening skills, which proves critical for understanding leadership needs and aligning the right talent solutions.
