As a participant in Viking Electric\'s 9-month Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals (STEP) Program in Addison, Illinois, I am gaining hands-on experience across key business areas, including- Warehouse & Logistics: Engaging in day-to-day operations to understand supply chain dynamics and inventory management-Inside Sales & Counter Operations: Developing customer relationships and enhancing product knowledge to drive sales-Projects & Quotations: Collaborating on project planning and preparing accurate quotations to meet client needs-Sales Digital Solutions & Marketing: Contributing to digital strategies and marketing initiatives to expand market reach.This rotational program offers exposure to corporate operations, sales strategies, procurement, project management, and e-commerce.
