Responsible for wine club, web, inbound and outbound sales and retention across 5 brands • Lead a team of 7 direct reports across multiple DTC offsite functions; Customer Service, Outbound Telesales, Digital Marketing and Business Operations and Analytics • Budget and execute the annual DTC programming calendar • Liaison closely with tasting room staff and marketing team to execute programming in accordance with DTC sales goals & brand objectives • Lead the merchandising, list segmentation and analysis for the annual holiday catalog • Execute all email campaigns for Quintessa, Faust, Flowers, Leviathan and Benton-Lane (1m+ emails per year) • Ensure all initiatives are properly implemented and optimized within CRM/eCommerce systems
