I am a huge people-person and spent 4 years in programming while studying B.E-CSE.Had 10+ years of professional experience in Software development. During that I compete with time, handled different tasks, found solution for issues along with team members and guided new joiners of our team.Currently as a Tech lead, utilizing my existing skills and learning new skills in client project on the fly. Also in the learning phase of people management. Parallelly I am researching data structure concepts, after understanding I\'ll try to implement my logics to overcome it\'s disadvantage.
