   HR support for 180+ employees in a remote first company, located in 32 states and 2 Canadian Provinces within Oil, Gas, Energy, & Construction. Helped navigate company acquisition as IAG joined Xcel Hold Co, combing HR support for NDT (Power Generation, Pipeline Integrity, & PetroTech) Construction/Pipeline Maintenance, & Technical Services. Manage the recruitment & onboarding activities for all divisions, to include managing distribution of new hire kits and computer requests/inventory. Provide benefit administration for new hire and open enrollments, as well as liaise with insurance broker. Ensure state and federal compliance. Ensure consistent and accurate approach to annual compliance training through KPA.Maintain HRIS and audit for accuracy and compliance. Lead offboarding, employee investigations, and terminations while providing support for disciplinary consistency. Provide coaching and counseling support, perform investigations, and determine outcome for employee relations and manager guidance.Key Achievements: Improved consistent onboarding and orientation for new employees.
