Koustubh Bhattacharya has more than 16 years in Technology Consulting, Business Operations, Government Relations, Communications, and Training. Author of bestselling book ‘Social Giraffe to Social Seller’. Talks about digital adoption, IPR and business consulting. He has worked closely on SaaS based technologies and has trained many entrepreneurs on use of AI.He completed Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Rajasthan University in 2007. He received his PGDM in Communications and Entrepreneurship from MICA, Ahmedabad in 2011. He received certification in Intellectual Property Valuations & Management from GTU in 2016.Koustubh worked as Chief Operating Officer at Udaipur Chamber of Commerce & Industry from 2017 to 2022 where he led the digitization of their services, refined the industry connect programs, accelerated project for hazardous waste management, improved industry advocacy and developed the skill development initiatives.Koustubh started his career in 2007 at HCL Technologies as Sr. Analyst System. There he worked on Remote Infrastructure Management projects for organizations like Bear Stearns (Later JPMC) and News International. In 2022-23 he headed marketing at Advaiya Solutions Inc. which is an enterprise software consulting company and a Microsoft Gold Partner. In 2011 he joined Perfect Relations, one of the largest PR agencies in India. There he spearheaded content generation, online publishing and social media for country\'s first PR news website. He set up digital marketing operations for Brand Aid, an industrial branding company where he helped the office of Home Minister of Gujarat and FICCI, Gujarat to build social media presence. As an entrepreneur he founded a digital consultancy firm called Organic Social® which focuses on startups to launch their products and services.
