As an Agile strategic leader, I have successfully set-up & led teams across Product, Program, and Delivery domains, leveraging my business acumen, technical knowledge, and collaborative mindset to drive results.I have driven successful business transformation in portfolio / program / project execution roles and operational functions. Strong experience in Agile Transformation (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), Agile coaching & Release Planning. Major achievements are linked to identifying, modelling and recommending strategic action plans, blended with change and risk management frameworks as well as, modern project management practices (agile/lean). I am also skilled in leadership and management, having successfully managed budgets and resources while ensuring the timely delivery of projects.I have a collaborative mindset and am skilled in problem-solving, communication, and adaptability. I have worked across multiple industries & domains primarily in Cloud (Salesforce, Azure, AWS), Data & Digital.In my free time, I enjoy supporting small businesses and institutes to move online by planning their IT roadmaps and providing hands-on support.
