I am an Urban Designer with a Master\'s Degree in Urban Design at the School of Planning and Architecture Vijayawada. My core competency includes computational urban analysis, which has been instrumental in my role. From my prior Professional experience, as part of Chennai\'s Comprehensive Shoreline Development Plan in INI Design Studio, I was stationed on-site in the Master Planning Unit at Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority, scope of work on the project includes aiding my team with Vision & PGOs Development, Environmental Analysis, social assessments, Detailed GIS mapping, Traffic Analysis, Schematic Planning, Community Engagement, Multi-sectoral Consultations, Master Planning & Character Zones delineation, Detailed Development Planning, junction Improvements, Regulatory Guidelines, Pre-feasibility Analysis, and Detailed Proposal Reports for 10 Nodal Development Plans for the shoreline. From my current professional Experience, as part of the Local Area Planning for Triplicane, Chennai in Citistrata Research Foundation, the scope of work on the project includes Master Planning & Character Zones Delineation, Differential Bylaws, Land Amalgamation and compensation Strategies, Community engagements, Detailed GIS Analysis, Demographic & Infrastructure Assessments, Traffic analysis, and Report Writing.
