Responsibilities included:• Solution designing, configuration, customization, integration, testing and support in Commercial and Ecommerce areas.• Attend workshops to propose solutions, write specifications and plan detailed work.• Setting up the Pricing and Promotional Interfaces, integration with multiple third-party vendors, SAP Sales order processing set up.• Responsible for the development of Order to Cash scenarios for multiple waves to roll out the solution.• Defining and streamlining Picking process for stores• Responsible for carrying out multiple Data Migrations across the interfaces with third party applications.• Identify gaps and implement system and/or process changes to improve operational excellence.• Working closely with ABAP developer to build the WRICEF’s and writing functional specifications.• Handling incidents/change requests/problems in Commercial and Ecommerce areas.• Most extensively used third party tools to track the sprints/logging any issues/logging any defect are Jira/Service Now/ALM. • Maintain process documentation as well as update them as per the requirements.• Coordination with the business key-users, IT teams and the business process owners while handling Incidents, CR’s and Problems.• Hypercare after project go live.
