My journey here has been about evolving from financial stewardship to commercial leadership: • Exposed hidden profitability by breaking down product-line costs into individual platform nodes and aligning them with revenues, creating SKU-level profitability intelligence that reshaped product mix decisions. • Institutionalized commercial governance by creating structured price books for mature offerings and handing over MOVE operations to a newly formed Commercial Enablement team, while continuing to guide complex, strategic deals. • Led cross-functional NR optimization on a major enterprise connectivity deal, navigating technical constraints and supplier renegotiations to identify $8M+ savings, with half realized in the first quarter.Beyond formal roles, I’ve also contributed to a pro-bono strategic project — conceptualizing the roadmap, business case, and monetization design for a consumer digital platform. This experience gave me hands-on exposure to early-stage business design and sharpened my ability to think zero-to-one while keeping financial viability in sight.Today, I am looking to step into environments where I can combine finance-first rigor with strategic vision — whether in corporate strategy, venture operations, or product incubation.
