I have completed my Engineering from NIT Calicut in Mechanical. During my undergrad degree, I got exposure to prediction modeling which utilizes historical data containing different features of the customers order to predict the turnaround time at eye care camps. This helped me understand nuances of the real world dataAfter my college I joined TATA MOTORS as a Senior manager where I collaborated with my team to identify different factors responsible for Cost due to poor quality and mitigate the same using statistical techniques.To further explore Data oriented applications, I started working as Decision Analyst at ZS. I was a part of the Call Planning data expertise team, where I use HCP level data to gain strategic insights and aid decision making at Fortune-500 health care firms. Using HCP level data I can provide data driven solutions to help my clients in maximizing the effectiveness in Call allocation/Marketing. Along with Call planning, I have experience on various Sales force enhancement projects like HCP Segmentation/Targeting, Sizing and alignment, Reporting and Market assessment. To expand my breadth I joined Trinity life sciences as Commercial Analytics Associate Consultant where I worked on Incentive compensation design, Goal setting and Incentive computations based on performance and attainmentI use SQL, Excel and Python to analyze datasets. I have experience working on huge datasets like Sales, Claims and Patient journeys, applying various business rules and deriving decision supporting summaries as per the clients requirement. I am currently working with Novartis supporting, working on Brand and Commercial Analytics providing insights towards Strategic decision making.
