Purchase to Pay activities related to Involved in Procurement of Aircraft parts and consumables. Also involved in Indirect sourcing and Procurement of Ground Support Equipments. Well versed with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) & their distributorship which helps for quick sourcing of the materials. Follow up on the Open Purchase Requisitions (PR\'s) list & timely action for early closure. Floating RFQ\'s to the Authorised vendors/ Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) & preparation of quote comparison sheet. Negotiations & Creations of Purchase Orders (Capex and Opex). Coordination with vendors & freight forwarders for timely collections, movement & delivery of spares to ensure On Time Delivery (OTD) Explore Loan/Sale possibilities from Other Airlines/ MROS forquick support of materials whenever required on AOG basis. Follow up & tracking of shipments including custom clearance till Goods Received Note (GRN) of the materials. Provide Costing of materials to the Business Development (BD) team for their analysis purpose. Follow up with the Finance team for effective payments to the vendors.
